Well known manufacturer of small, medium & heavy steel forgings, J.A.V. Forgings Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1984. Thoroughly familiar with all the international standards, J.A.V. manufactures all types of Flanges, Nozzles Flanges, Tube sheets, self re-enforced Nozzle, Forged Fittings, Crank Shafts, Connecting Rods and other forged components. All these items from half kilogram to three and half tonnes of finish-weight can be supplied in as forged, proof machined & fully machined conditions.
Due to timely delivery, Quality Consciousness, thorough knowledge of standards, highly experienced personnel, in-house manufacturing/testing/machining/drilling facilities of wide range up to 1.8 meters diameter, interest to manufacture prototype/intricate forgings in terms of size, shape, quality requirements, J.A.V. has grown to top position within a very short time and is determined to keep up the tempo. Today J.A.V. is successfully catering demands of all the refineries, fertilizer plants, petro-chemicals plants, nuclear/electrical power plants, pressure vessels and heat exchangers manufactures of the country as well as exporting to various overseas customers including United States.

Ltd. offers open and open die forgings weighing upto 8mt (single pc.) to various goverment/public sector undertaking and overseas including Atomic energy, oil refineries, fertilizers, power, sugar instrumentation under various national/international inspection agencies. We are appeoved by all major inspection such as EIL, LRIS, BVIS, DNS, TUV, IBR etc.
